My Story

I have faced two near-death experiences, riding the portal between two worlds.

With almost a decade living in wild, remote locations, engaged in ceremony, ritual, and a subtle communion with the land and those I shared it with, I’ve learned to listen deeply to the seen and unseen.

I’ve spent eight months in a temple in Asia, following a disciplined program, reading from extensive esoteric libraries, and traveling solo across the globe, seeking truth in its rawest and purest forms.

These chapters of my life—marked by profound solitude, disciplined study, and deep communion—have shaped the way I walk this path of self-realisation.

Teaching yoga for over 15 years in diverse settings was a natural outcome after study periods in Varanasi in the early 1990's. Blending the essence of wild nature with the structure of practice and authentic movement has been the foundation that allowed me to meet life's challenges with resilience. I've seen the same strength emerge in those I have been privileged to teach.

And woven through it all, countless miracles...

My practices draw from South American shamanic traditions, where I lived for several years, wild nature, Eastern philosophies, Hinduism, non-duality, shadow work, and a deep reverence for ceremony and ritual. Above all they are nourished  by the love and wisdom that comes from being a mother and grandmother.

Now, I am living as a pilgrim, with a suitcase of possessions, spending half the year in India and with Swami. I'm in a continual process of surrender, listening, and allowing what arises to guide me deeper into the truth of being.

It’s an absolute honour to have you walk beside me and share in this wonderful pilgrimage called life!
