Just as India is said to be the navel of the world, and Kashi the navel of India, so Manikarnika is the navel of Kashi.
I will personally accompany a small group of 4 'Pilgrims' to Varanasi on a 10 day trip in November 2025.
The pilgrimage will take us to Kaal Bhairav Temple, Swami's Temple and Dhuni, Manikarnika, Nepalese Temple and to be there for Dev Dewali - the Festival of Lights.
These experiences will be tempered by staying in a Heritage 18th Century Hotel right on the Ghats.Â
Think of sunrise in a boat on the Ganga, Aarti, wandering the labyrinth of alleyways, sampling the famous Banares Paan.
